Game credits are non-refundable for change-of-mind purchases, except where refunds are required by applicable law or Telegram rules.
For missing credits, duplicate charges or unauthorized payments, email damnme11@proton.me. Include your Telegram user ID, purchase date, credit pack and payment receipt or transaction reference. Do not send card details, passwords or OTP codes.
Refunded credits and related entitlements may be removed. If refunded credits have already been spent, future credits may first cover that balance. This does not automatically charge you money.
Purchases inside Telegram use Telegram Stars. TypeStrike does not request or collect card numbers or OTP codes. This policy does not prevent payment disputes or override your statutory rights.
